Scan reviews and Special Notes
If you have a passing scan that requires attention, you'll see "Review Now" or "Special Notes" on your dashboard.
What are Special Notes?
Special Notes typically appear when the scan detects software on your network using an "Open Port." You need to confirm that this software is secure and doesn't interact with cardholder data being processed on your network.
Special Notes can indicate:
- Open ports
- External links
- Connections allowed into the network
What you need to do
Click "Review Now" or "Special Notes" on your dashboard to review your scan results. Your network administrator will need to be involved in addressing any findings that require attention.
