What do I need to log into the PCI DSS portal?

Initial account setup

When your PCI DSS portal account is created, you'll receive two separate emails:

• First email: Contains your username
• Second email: Contains instructions and a unique link to set up your password

After creating your password, you can access the portal.

First login

When logging in for the first time, you'll be prompted to:

• Update your account details
• Change your username (optional)
• Provide a valid email address
  

Important: All future communications for this account will be sent to the email address you provide.

Security reminder

Store your login details in a safe place for future access.

Note: If this is your first time accessing the online PCI DSS portal you may be required to register.

To do this, on the login page select “Register”.

You will be prompted to enter the MID which was sent to you via email along with the associated security code.
